About Us

Ennis Regional Learning Centre aims to provide flexible higher education opportunities from Shannon Consortium partners. These opportunities will be designed to meet the needs and suit the lifestyles of adult learners and mature students. This will make third level qualifications more accessible for the people of County Clare.  We will provide a range of core services including: information on opportunities and supports; educational guidance and seminars on applying to and succeeding at third level.

At present Ennis RLC offers the following services:

• Accessible, flexible, accredited, third-level programmes for adults in the Clare region.
• A FREE educational guidance service, for two days per month, for adults (over 18) who wish to explore their education options with an experienced guidance counsellor.
• FREE 'Return to Learning' workshops and seminars aimed at adults who are planning to study at third level.
• An Information Library with course prospectus, application and funding information
• A computer with free internet access for prospective students, to allow searching for information at your own pace.
